Considering that I haven’t had a boyfriend on over two and a half years, the fact that this might be going somewhere kinda scares me a little..
Sometimes I wonder if the idiots in this country that vote for the president actually think about the candidates ideas, or if they vote on a person based on their religion or their skin tone…

Feeling the need to rant
I’m really sick and tired of people coming at the people who would vote yes on the marriage amendment, and no body sticking up for them! Honestly, if I could vote I would vote yes. And based on your logic you would go and call me homophobic (as you are doing to Romney) but on the contrary, I am not homophobic, and i will certainly be friends with gay people but I do not agree with the choices they make with their life. I do believe that marriage should be one man and one woman.. And yes my belief does come from the bible, but you cannot say that that is wrong because of things that has happened in the past.. Throughout the years America has been leaning away from Christianity, the very religion that it was built upon and strived upon for many year, because God was with them.. As our country leans away from God, the more the country struggles.. Staying on the Word that built this country is the best choice we have to even let this country survive. With God all things are possible, and without him, nothing is possible and people NEED to realize that other wise our country is going to crash and burn.. And no body will even remember who the 44th/45th president of the US was or what he stood for because they won’t even care.. They’ll just remember us as the country that screwed them over
I wanna go back to the generation where “going out” was going on a date, not immediately becoming bf/gf. I wanna go back to the generation when a guy had to get permission from the girl’s parents to ask her out. I wanna go back to the generation where a guy would physically call her and talk to her, not text. I wanna go back to the generation where your first kiss would be with someone you’ve been dating for months, not hookup with a guy you meet in a club. I wanna go back to the generation where a guy would give you his varsity jacket. I wanna go back to the generation where a girl can get any guy just by wearing a t-shirt, jeans, and a pair of sneakers. I wanna go back to the generation where the guy wanted the girl, not always just the sex. I wanna go back to the generation where couples slow danced, not grind. I wanna go back to the generation where love actually made sense…
